Housekeeping Room Attendant

DoubleTree Hotel by The Galleria in Houston, TX is seeking a Room Attendant to support a consistently comfortable stay through thorough room cleaning and timely housekeeping service. This onsite position focuses on preparing assigned guest rooms, maintaining cleanliness standards, and completing key tasks such as replenishing supplies and providing turn down service when requested.

What you’ll do

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Complete periodic deep cleaning tasks.
• Provide guest turn down service as requested.

What we’re looking for

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to push and pull at least 75 pounds.
• Capability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, and reaching.
• Ability to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours.
• Flexible availability to work any day of the week, including holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
