Houseman / Housekeeping

Casa Oliver Hotel & Resort is seeking a Houseman/Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, well-presented environment for guests across both rooms and shared spaces. This onsite role supports the day-to-day upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas while following health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness in shared areas such as the lobby, coffee room, hallways, and entrances
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas, including the pool deck, hot tub area, and outdoor showers
• Replenish towels, linens, and other supplies as needed
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Perform laundry duties, including washing and drying towels and linens
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the property
• Follow all applicable health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred; training available for the right person
• Strong attention to detail and efficient work habits
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Comfort with physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, trustworthy, and guest-friendly attitude

Schedule and Employment Type

Compensation

USD 18.00 to USD 20.00 per hour
