Houseman/Shuttle Driver

Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Rockford is hiring a dependable, energetic, guest-focused 2nd Shift Houseman/Shuttle Driver for a full-time, onsite role in Rockford, IL. This position combines guest transportation with day-to-day upkeep, supporting a welcoming hotel environment for visitors arriving and departing from local destinations.

The work schedule primarily runs Thursday through Sunday evenings, and the role includes assisting guests with luggage and service needs while helping maintain cleanliness across the hotel’s public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and courteous transportation for guests to and from Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD) and other approved local destinations
• Assist guests with luggage and other service requests
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, public spaces, and common areas
• Support with set-up, housekeeping support, and other duties as assigned
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the hotel in a professional manner

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and move luggage and perform light housekeeping duties

Schedule and Availability

• Full-time role
• Primarily Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Onsite Location: Rockford, IL

Compensation: USD 15 per hourly
