Hotel Houseman & Public Space Attendant

Hotel Solutions, Inc. is hiring full-time Housemen and Public Space Attendants for an on-site hotel role in the Franklin, TN 37064 area. This day-shift opportunity includes paid time off and a dependable schedule within your local community. Pay starts at $17.00 - $18.00 per hour with 40.0 hours per week, working in a hotel setting where cleanliness and guest comfort matter.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will support daily hotel operations by keeping guest-ready areas supplied, clean, and well maintained. Depending on the position, your day may include assisting housekeeping teams, cleaning common spaces, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

• Assist housekeeping staff with daily hotel operations
• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to housekeeping areas and guest rooms as needed
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
• Assist with moving furniture, lifting supplies, and other physical tasks
• Keep storage areas and workspaces clean and organized
• Respond to requests from housekeeping management to help keep daily operations running smoothly
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces as needed
• Keep public restrooms clean, stocked, and presentable
• Follow cleaning procedures and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Schedule and location

In person at the hotel in Franklin, TN 37064. These are Day Shift roles, requiring the full schedule for the position you apply for.

• Position 1: Houseman (Full-time) - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Position 2: Public Space Attendant (Full-time) - 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What you’ll need

• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and completing manual tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for both positions)
• Full-time availability
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Ability to consistently work the entire schedule for the position you are applying for
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and performing routine cleaning duties
• Live near Franklin, TN 37064 within a reasonable commuting distance
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
