Houseperson

Houseperson role at Hotel Indigo North Conway (onsite, North Conway, NH) supporting cleanliness across common spaces, linen operations, and guest-ready presentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas, including lobby, swimming pool, fitness center, employee breakroom, restrooms, business center, elevators, stairways, corridors, vestibule, interior and exterior trash receptacles, parking lots, walkways, and other assigned spaces.
• Collect, transport, and stock clean linen, towels, and supplies to housekeeping closets, the pool area, and the fitness center.
• Keep employee work areas and storage facilities clean and organized, including routine cleaning of machines and workspaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report shortages to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Provide customer service by responding to guest requests as needed.
• Document and promptly report maintenance issues to supervisors.

Pay

• USD 17 - 19 per hour

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in utilities, laundry, housekeeping, or a similar role (preferred, not required).
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in hospitality cleaning processes (advantageous).
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting (plus).
