Houseperson

Mananto Enterprises LLC, The Northampton Hotel, is seeking a Houseperson to help keep the property running smoothly and maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for guests and team members. This onsite role in Northampton, MA supports both daily operations and shared spaces through hands-on cleaning, room resets, and timely service throughout the day.

What you’ll do

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared areas
• Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting hotel rooms and other spaces for guest use
• Respond to service requests from guests or team members in a timely and professional manner
• Transport supplies, linens, furniture, or equipment as needed to support operations
• Help monitor inventory and restock cleaning and operational supplies
• Support housekeeping and facilities teams with general labor and operational tasks
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate team members
• Follow safety, sanitation, and property standards consistently

What you bring

• Prior experience in hospitality, facilities support, housekeeping, or a related environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as part of daily duties
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Effective communication and a professional, courteous attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Basic understanding of safe handling practices and workplace procedures

Pay and location

• Location: Northampton, MA (onsite)
• Pay: USD 17 per hour
