Join the kitchen team at an onsite property in Hawthorne, CA and prepare line-cooked dishes with strong sanitation, timing, and quality standards.

Set up the line station as required before service.
Prep all items needed for the assigned station and shift.
Follow quality control standards and maintain professionalism on the line.
Produce consistent, high-quality food served to guests.
Clean and use equipment safely and properly, including personal knives.
Have the station ready on time with appropriate quantities of food and supplies for projected business.
Support food cost control and monitor waste.
Cook and produce items according to ticket times and specifications.
Work with urgency under pressure to meet deadlines.
Store all foods correctly, including wrapped, labeled, and dated items with expiration dates.
Demonstrate work habits that help prevent accidents.
Adhere to state and local requirements, Food Safety standards, MSDS, OSHA, and Health Department regulations.
Maintain knowledge of proper taste and presentation for menu items across all stations.
Maintain guest confidentiality.
