Night Audit

Kompose Boutique Hotel Miami Airport is hiring a Night Audit team member to support guests and keep overnight operations running smoothly. This onsite role combines front desk coverage during late hours with nightly financial reconciliation, along with security and safety monitoring throughout the shift.

As the overnight front desk host and financial closer, you will balance guest care with accurate reporting, helping the property end each day correctly and begin the next one prepared.

Role Overview

• Serve as the overnight front desk presence for late arrivals and departing guests
• Complete nightly audit reports and reconcile daily transactions
• Monitor property security and support guest safety during overnight hours
• Support overnight operations with light housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain a calm, professional approach while addressing guest issues

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Run minimal nightly audit reports and reconcile daily transactions
• Oversee overnight security and guest safety
• Handle light housekeeping or maintenance to support operations
• Provide a composed, guest-first presence and resolve concerns with care

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is preferred ( StayNTouch is a bonus )
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependability and a calm, guest-first mindset

Schedule
