Night Auditor

At Zieg Hospitality Corporation dba EVEN an IHG Hotel Sarasota, the overnight shift is about more than check-ins. As Night Auditor, you help create a smooth guest experience during the hours when attention to detail matters most, while staying security-aware and supporting a welcoming, wellness-focused atmosphere consistent with EVEN Hotels. You will also complete accurate daily financial reporting to help the morning team start strong.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the front desk overnight, including checking guests in and out, answering calls, and resolving overnight guest concerns.
• Complete the daily audit by balancing transactions, reviewing room charges and payments, and preparing reports for management.
• Verify accuracy by identifying discrepancies and documenting items that require follow-up.
• Maintain operational flow by monitoring arrivals, departures, and room status in the property management system.
• Support the property by completing scheduled property walks and reporting any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Ensure continuity by preparing a clear shift handoff for the morning team.
• Deliver a consistent guest experience aligned with EVEN Hotels.

What you bring

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred.
• Comfort working with payments, reconciling reports, and learning hotel systems.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Professional, calm approach when responding to guest needs overnight.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL (onsite).
Reporting to: Front Office Manager / General Manager.
Schedule: Overnight shift; exact hours and employment status to be confirmed.
