PM Houseperson

Element Tukwila Hotel in Tukwila, WA is hiring an onsite PM Houseperson to support daily housekeeping and respond to guest needs with Level5 Hospitality high touch service.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas including lobby, dining area, public restrooms, hallways, back office space(s), and other spaces as needed
• Spot minor maintenance concerns throughout the property and notify the supervisor when appropriate
• Handle guest requests routed through or fulfilled for front desk staff, including toiletries and linen deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, storage closets, and corridors
  • Remove trash
  • Wipe down shelves and counters
  • Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors
  • Remove non-floor closet items and store them in appropriate areas
• Respond to special requests, guest complaints, and delivery of housekeeping or room supplies to support complete guest satisfaction
• Deliver lost and found items to the supervisor and/or according to established hotel procedures
• May assist with quarterly deep cleaning projects on a regular basis
• Maintain outside trash receptacles around the exterior of the hotel
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor or MOD

• Ability to perform consistently and meet the highest standards
• Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly manner
• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate about job-related needs
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred
• Must be able to remain on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Must be able to access and navigate the facility without assistance
• Adhere to safety requirements, including wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment
• Work is routine and repetitive; may require strenuous physical exertion, including moving objects up to 50 lbs

Pay: USD 21 - 21 per hour
