Job Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will help maintain a welcoming and orderly environment for guests. In this role, you will keep the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public spaces aligned with our high hospitality standards. Your careful work enhances the guest experience, contributing to stays that are comfortable and memorable. Responsibilities

• Thoroughly sanitize guest rooms, making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
• Keep public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms clean to uphold hygiene standards.
• Operate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store them properly after each shift.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the relevant department.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Support special cleaning tasks or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and communicate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training is provided for suitable candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Effective communication to understand instructions and report issues accurately.
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Pay

From USD 12.00 per hour.

Work Location

Location: Dodge City, Kansas (onsite). This is an in person position.
