Server - Market

The buffet Server role supports a marketplace buffet-style restaurant in Westlake, TX (onsite) by delivering prompt, courteous guest service while helping keep the front of house clean and organized. This is a tip-free position paid at a base hourly rate with no tips received.

Job Overview

As a buffet Server, you will be the guest-facing contact for drink service and will assist with daily front of house cleanliness. The role also includes side work to support restaurant readiness. You will work in a tip-free environment and receive an hourly payrate of USD 19.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to take drink orders.
• Clear, clean, and reset plates and tables while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Complete side work such as polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations, vacuuming, and other assigned tasks.
• Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 2nd shift
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center
• Payrate: $19 per hour (no tips)

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong comfort level speaking with guests.
• Restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and re-certified as needed.
