Trail Runner (onsite) supports guest comfort by delivering top-tier guest service and thorough cleaning across cabins and common areas.

Prep cabin interiors for cleaning by removing all trash, stripping linens, and re-stocking cabin provisions.
Stage each cabin’s outdoor space for guests, including cleaning and setting up the lounge area (fire pit, campfire kit, Adirondack chairs, picnic table) and removing all trash.
Clean cabin exteriors, including windows, hitch, and wheels.
Address guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions appropriately and refer to management when needed to support superior guest service.
Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas of the Outpost, which may include cabins, trails, and common areas.
Use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies according to departmental specifications, including vacuums, chemicals, and cleaning aides.

Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson.
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Good physical health and stamina.
Ability to work in shifts and maintain flexibility with workdays and hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
High school diploma is a plus.

Provide excellent guest service and cleaning support (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows, mirrors, and more) in cabins and common areas.
Ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests throughout their stay.
