Housekeeping Runner

Residence Inn by Marriott Big Sky/The Wilson Hotel in Big Sky, MT is looking for a Housekeeping Runner to help keep guest stays smooth, clean, and well cared for. This onsite role supports Housekeeping and ensures guest requests are delivered promptly and presented properly, while also helping maintain organized, sanitary linen storage areas.

What you’ll do

• Check in with the Housekeeping Office and the PBX team at the start of each shift.
• Fulfill and deliver guest requests with the proper presentation, ensuring items are provided in a timely manner.
• Pick up and deliver request items as assigned, and call them in as complete once delivered.
• Assist Housekeeping by removing trash and soiled linen from floors.
• Inventory and maintain cleanliness of linen closets and keep all empty trash under control.
• Resupply guest room supplies from the linen closet on a daily basis.
• Keep storage closets clean and neat each day.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to Housekeeping.
• Use and maintain equipment and supplies correctly.
• Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Collect trash from various areas across the property and take it to the designated area.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that supports a positive guest experience.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices associated with HHM’s EarthView program.
• Follow company standards for uniform and appearance, and report to work as scheduled.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What you bring

• Ability to communicate in written and verbal English.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently stand and move around the resort for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to carry or lift 50 lbs, including lifting 50 lbs when needed.

Compensation

$18.00 to $18.00 per hour
