Attendant Public Area - Lobby Attendant
Job Description
Join the Housekeeping team as a Lobby Attendant, supporting a clean, welcoming experience in the hotel’s public spaces.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests to help ensure their stay is going well
- Collaborate with the team to achieve resort and hotel cleanliness standards
- Walk all assigned floors at the start and end of each shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen
- Pick up clean linen and refill linen par stock in each floor pantry
- Maintain cleanliness across all public areas, including bathrooms, lounge areas, and hallways
- Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during super cleaning and spring cleaning of rooms
- Clean public areas according to prescribed methods and follow department standard operating procedures
- Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport items to appropriate locations per procedures
- Provide friendly, helpful responses to guests and other team members

Compensation
- $16.00 per hour
- Salary range: USD 16 - 16 per hourly
