Join our banquet team in Flowood, MS to support event service, guest comfort, and smooth dining experiences onsite.

Set tables according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Refresh waters, coffee, or light snacks during business meetings.
Serve food and beverages during social events.
Refresh the buffet to accommodate guests.
Assist guest comfort by answering questions and responding in a professional and timely manner.
Take orders accurately.
Relay special orders and allergies to the kitchen.
Greet each guest as they enter the venue to help with finding their seat or place.
Support banquet preparation and assist with the end of the banquet event.
Work with and support other staff members.
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to stand and walk for long periods.

Banquet service experience is preferred, but not required (training provided).
Ability to read and understand the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Detail-oriented approach with strong time management and customer service skills.
Pleasant, friendly demeanor.
Ability to work as a team and independently.
Flexible working hours.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Physical mobility and stamina.
Must be able to pass a background check.
