Bellmen/Valet

The Warwick Hotel in Denver, CO is seeking a Valet/Bellman to deliver a courteous first impression and support smooth arrivals and departures. This onsite role focuses on valet duties, luggage assistance, and sharing helpful information with guests, while coordinating with the front desk and housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage to and from vehicles and guest rooms.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local points of interest.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to support timely room readiness and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance areas, and bellmen stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests’ belongings during handling and transport.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions to provide accurate guest information.
• Valid driver’s license for valet duties.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Role Details

Location: Denver, CO (onsite)

Compensation: USD 19 - USD 19 per hour
