Job Description
At The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, this part-time Bellperson role supports a smooth arrival experience and helps guests feel cared for from the lobby to their rooms. You will assist with luggage, share helpful information about hotel offerings and local attractions, and coordinate guest needs such as messages, packages, and transportation.
Working onsite, you will help keep the lobby neat and organized while responding with care and efficiency. The position also involves anticipating guest requests to contribute to a welcoming and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and in a friendly, welcoming manner upon arrival
- Assist guests with luggage, providing prompt and efficient service
- Share information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain features and facilities
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested
- Maintain a neat, organized lobby area
- Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs to support a memorable stay
Requirements
- One year of prior Guest Services or Bell experience preferred (minimum experience noted: 1 years)
- Valid CDL license where applicable
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and with other employees
Compensation
- Pay: USD 17 - 17 per hourly
- Salary Range: USD $17.13 - USD $17.13 /Hr
