Job Description

Greeter/Cashier position onsite at The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a welcoming, courteous manner to create a positive first impression
Deliver outstanding guest service by answering questions and addressing guest needs
Process cash transactions accurately and in line with established procedures
Keep the cashier station, lobby, and surrounding area clean and organized
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Suggest local attractions, dining options, and activities to guests
Take proactive steps to resolve guest concerns
Uphold the hotel's brand standards and support a collaborative team environment

Requirements

Exceptional customer service abilities
Strong communication skills
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
High energy and enthusiasm
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Valid WA State Food Handler's Card
