Parking/Valet Cashier
Job Description
Provide guest-focused parking and valet cashier support at The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA (onsite).
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor at the parking/valet cashier station
- Process parking payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and revenue
- Assist guests with vehicle retrieval and provide directions as needed
- Coordinate with valet attendants to support smooth, efficient parking operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and concerns
- Keep the cashier station clean, stocked, and well organized
- Follow hotel policies and procedures for parking and valet services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in parking or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency using cash registers
- Positive attitude and willingness to support guests
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
