Greeter/Cashier position onsite at The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming, courteous manner to create a positive first impression
• Deliver outstanding guest service by answering questions and addressing guest needs
• Process cash transactions accurately and in line with established procedures
• Keep the cashier station, lobby, and surrounding area clean and organized
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Suggest local attractions, dining options, and activities to guests
• Take proactive steps to resolve guest concerns
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards and support a collaborative team environment

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Valid WA State Food Handler's Card
