Spokane, WA (onsite) offers a front-and-center role in creating a smooth, welcoming lobby experience at The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection. This Bellperson position supports guests from arrival to room, helping them feel taken care of while you stay organized, responsive, and service-focused. The hourly pay is $17.00 per hour, with an additional stated range of $17.13 to $17.13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining features and facilities
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
• Coordinate transportation arrangements as requested by guests
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs to help create a memorable stay

Requirements

• One year of prior Guest Services or Bell experience preferred
• Valid CDL license where applicable
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
