Employee Lounge Attendant

Maintain a clean, well-stocked Employee Lounge so team members have reliable access to fresh food during their breaks.

• Stocking and outlet readiness: Replenish food in all Employee Lounge (EL) outlets according to departmental guidelines
• Quality and service coordination: Communicate with coworkers to support quality and consistency of foods and services
• Issue handling: Report complaints to the manager
• Cleanliness and safety: Keep the Employee Lounge clean and organized on an ongoing basis
• Food temperature checks: Complete periodic measurements of food temperatures
• Daily maintenance tasks: Sweep floors
• Supply communication: Relay food supply needs to the kitchen
• Glass cleaning routine: Clean EL glass during and after each shift
• Team support: Assist other team members as needed
• Additional duties: Complete other projects and assigned tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Conflict management and influence skills preferred
• Multi-tasking ability required
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and verbal communication skills preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and routines precisely

Physical Demands

• Frequently work in confined spaces
• Frequently perform repetitious activity; push; pull; stand; walk; twist; reach (including above shoulder height); use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
