Engineering Manager

Drive facilities and maintenance operations onsite in Miami Beach while keeping engineering, compliance, and team performance aligned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall maintenance team and manage day-to-day facilities operations.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at maximizing financial performance.
• Maintain meticulous compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Motivate and communicate with the team to support an open, imaginative, and solution-focused work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to align engineering and facilities priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a related technical school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience at a manager level.
• Prior hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements as they relate to hotels and chemical storage (per OSHA).
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
