Executive Housekeeper

Executive Housekeeper role in Stow, OH onsite, for the Hampton Inn – Stow, employed by Luminous Hotel Management LLC, with a pay rate of USD 17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team to uphold service standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness meet brand expectations.
• Uphold Hampton Inn brand cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linens, laundry, and cleaning supplies to support daily operations.
• Coordinate room status updates with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach housekeeping staff to build a capable team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines across all housekeeping activities.
• Monitor labor costs while maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Assist with cleaning and inspections as needed during peak periods.

Requirements

• Previous Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or hotel housekeeping supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in a branded hotel is preferred; Hilton experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work weekends and holidays as needed.
