Executive Housekeeper

Forest Villas Hotel is seeking an Executive Housekeeper in Prescott, AZ to lead the day-to-day cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of our boutique property. This onsite role focuses on managing housekeeping operations, supporting a high-performing team, and ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met for a strong guest and client experience.

In this leadership position, you will supervise cleaning, laundry, and sanitation work across the property, develop schedules and procedures, and monitor quality through regular inspections. You will also coordinate specialized cleaning projects and help maintain the supplies and equipment needed to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all property areas
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to support efficient operations and adherence to quality expectations
• Create and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures based on industry best practices
• Monitor inventory for cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, and manage procurement as needed
• Perform routine inspections to confirm cleanliness standards are met or exceeded while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee industrial cleaning projects and specialized custodial tasks that require advanced techniques or equipment
• Support a team-oriented environment through clear management communication, conflict resolution, and leadership development

Requirements

• Proven experience in , cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and management of cleaning and sanitation processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including supervising teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent managerial communication skills to direct staff and liaise with other departments or clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cleanliness and safety
• Experience with laundry operations and industrial cleaning equipment is preferred
