Hotel Housekeeper

Heritage Hotel Group seeks a reliable Hotel Housekeeper in Sacramento, CA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms
• Make beds
• Dust
• Vacuum
• Sanitize bathrooms
• Replace linens as needed
• Replace towels as needed
• Replace toiletries as needed
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time management skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school degree
