Job Description
Heritage Hotel Group seeks a reliable Hotel Housekeeper in Sacramento, CA (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms
- Make beds
- Dust
- Vacuum
- Sanitize bathrooms
- Replace linens as needed
- Replace towels as needed
- Replace toiletries as needed
- Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good time management skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school degree
