Hotel Housekeeper

ON THE VERGE HOTEL, LLC is seeking a part time Hotel Housekeeper to support day to day room and public area cleanliness in Hollywood. The role is based onsite in Los Angeles, CA, and focuses on servicing guest rooms, maintaining hotel spaces, and supporting a dependable housekeeping workflow.

As a member of the housekeeping team, you will complete assigned tasks each shift, follow company expectations around schedules, guest possessions, and privacy, and contribute to a clean, welcoming experience for every hotel guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete training and sign the company’s contract
• Follow company policy on work shifts, guests’ possessions, and privacy issues
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as changing sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and resetting the room after guests check out
• Clean and service rooms and keep public areas of the hotel clean
• Identify, report, and return any guest properties found while rendering service
• Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
• Provide great customer service to all hotel guests
• Clean, disinfect, and store all equipment at the end of each shift
• Wash and fold linen
• Handle other housekeeping duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relocate before starting work: Los Angeles, CA 90028 (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Cleaning experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Pay

• From $18.42 per hour

Schedule & Work Location

• Job type: part time
• Days per week: 2-4
• Hours per day: 5-8 hours, depending on work flow
• Work location: In person (onsite)
