Hotel Housekeeper & Kitchen Helper

Woodcrest Hotel in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Hospitality Associate to support both guest rooms and the morning meal flow. This onsite role combines daily housekeeping responsibilities with help in the kitchen, including breakfast preparation and service, while maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment for guests.

You will assist kitchen staff with breakfast duties, follow established recipes and safety regulations, and provide attentive guest service throughout the day. The position also includes keeping guest rooms and common areas to high cleanliness standards, supporting an organized workspace, and moving supplies and equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen staff with daily breakfast preparation and service
• Cook and prepare breakfast items according to established recipes and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Stock inventory as directed
• Complete daily housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet high cleanliness standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
• Push and pull loaded carts and equipment as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests

Schedule and Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Punctuality and reliability are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move efficiently during an 8-hour shift
• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required

Experience Requirements

• Hospitality experience: 1 year (required)
• Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)

Preferred Certification

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Employment Details

• Job types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $18.85 - $21.00 per hour (USD)
