Hotel Housekeeping - Weekends Mandatory

Shoreline Inn & Delta Hotel is seeking a part-time Hotel Housekeeping team member for onsite work in Muskegon, MI. This role supports a clean, welcoming guest experience by preparing rooms and completing daily housekeeping tasks, with weekend coverage required as part of the schedule.

In this position, you will handle guest room cleaning and related services while following safety and security practices, assisting guests when needed, and maintaining accurate daily records.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and sort housekeeping supplies
• Vacuum, clean, dust, and polish guest rooms
• Change and make beds
• Remove and replace towels and toiletries
• Maintain guest security and privacy
• Greet and assist guests
• Complete daily logs
• Perform deep cleaning tasks
• Complete other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Fabulous communication skills
• Passion for service and helping people
• Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stress tolerance and flexibility
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Time management skills
• Ability to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, and kneel
