Hotel Houseperson

Cambria Hotel Bend - Mt Bachelor is seeking a Hotel Houseperson to help keep the property running smoothly and maintain a welcoming guest experience. This onsite role supports daily housekeeping and guest service needs through multi-task cleaning, linen distribution, and timely room deliveries.

In this position, you will move through assigned floors at the start of each shift, reset spaces to a high standard, and respond to guest and visitor requests for the items and amenities they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning of the shift to collect trash, soiled linen, and other items as requested by management
• Retrieve clean linens from housekeeping storage facilities and distribute them to each floor
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, the lobby, and other work areas
• Anticipate, listen intently, and respond quickly to visitors’ requirements to provide quality service
• Make deliveries to guest rooms for requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proven customer service experience with a guest-focused mindset
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products

Compensation and Location

• Location: Bend, OR (onsite)
• Salary: USD 19 to 20 per hourly
• Compensation: 19.00 to 20.00 hourly
• Minimum experience: 1 years
