Hotel Maintenance Technician

Euro-Suites Hotel in Morgantown, WV is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented Hotel Maintenance Technician to handle general, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property. This onsite role includes repairs, routine equipment upkeep, guest issue support, safety equipment checks, ground maintenance, and emergency coverage on a 24/7 basis.

Role Overview

The primary focus of this position is performing general, preventive, and emergency maintenance for the hotel. The technician is expected to work independently, apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues as they arise, and complete maintenance tasks that support safe and comfortable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general, preventive, and emergency maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Carry out repairs involving various equipment and materials.
• Replace electronics as needed and complete maintenance tasks such as painting and light drywall work.
• Support maintenance work including plumbing-related tasks and cleaning or wiring work.
• Maintain hotel electronics through regular service, including refrigerators, television sets, and air conditioners.
• Address guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Verify that safety equipment such as fire alarms and fire extinguishers is present and in working condition.
• Complete ground maintenance duties, including cleaning and maintaining the parking lot.
• Be available on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Compensation and Job Details

Job type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
