Senior Maintenance Technician

Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for an onsite, full-time role in Montgomery, AL. In this position, you will support the hotel’s day-to-day operation by helping maintain safety, functionality, and an appealing property appearance through preventative maintenance and timely issue resolution.

With a focus on inspection, troubleshooting, and documentation, this role coordinates maintenance activities to keep facilities and systems in working order. The hourly pay range for this position is USD 18–24 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Identify defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take required corrective action while following specific departmental procedures and maintaining detailed records.
• Maintain strict compliance with insurance requirements and all applicable local, county, state, and federal codes, laws, and regulations tied to maintenance activities.
• Support a safe work environment by following established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Complete regular inspections and assessments to spot defects and malfunctions across the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems.
