Housekeeper

My Place Hotel - Bozeman is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms to hotel standards, restock supplies, and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of assigned rooms following system standards and best practices, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, and dusting surfaces.
• Restock in room amenities such as tissue, soap, towels, and other items per hotel guidelines.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and report any malfunctions to the General Manager or Maintenance team.
• Assist with guest laundry tasks as needed.
• Maintain and stock the housekeeping cart on a daily basis.
• Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures and ready to execute them if required.
• Manage key control for issued keys and keys left by guests in rooms.
• Follow the Lost and Found program.
• Immediately report any unusual situations in guest rooms to the General Manager, such as parties, unusually dirty rooms, or a vacant room believed occupied.
• Complete maintenance work orders and submit them to the designated area promptly.
• Address guest requests courteously and with priority consideration.
• Answer guests' questions about local facilities and services.
• Fulfill reasonable requests from Managers or Supervisors within the associate's ability.
• Hotel operates seven days a week; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
