Housekeeper

Oasis Hotel And Bar in Sheboygan Falls is seeking a dependable and meticulous Housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness and order across the property. The role prioritizes following established cleaning procedures and health and safety standards to uphold high hospitality standards. This onsite position offers a hands-on opportunity to support a team dedicated to guest comfort.

Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for keeping spaces clean in a range of environments, including guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces. A reliable work ethic, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow prescribed procedures are essential to consistently meet cleanliness expectations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as dusting surfaces, sweeping floors, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain tidy spaces.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to high hygiene standards.
• Make beds and replace linens as needed to ensure guest comfort.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly according to waste management guidelines.
• Restock supplies including toiletries and cleaning products to keep areas ready for use.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures to uphold cleanliness quality across the property.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as waxing and buffing is a plus.
• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Pay

Starting at USD 13.00 per hour.
