Housekeeper - Full Time

Giri Hotel Management is hiring a Full Time Housekeeper to support a clean, welcoming guest experience at our property in Dedham, MA (onsite). This role focuses on maintaining guest rooms and hotel public areas with careful attention to detail and consistent, customer-first service.

As part of the housekeeping team, you will complete daily room cleaning tasks, help ensure areas meet hotel standards, and coordinate with other staff to address guest needs. If you can work with energy and care while maintaining a friendly, courteous demeanor, this position is a strong match.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel to help create a memorable, unique experience for guests
• Complete core housekeeping tasks such as changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting
• Report and return any guest properties left behind
• Notify a supervisor of any cases of property damage
• Work alongside other housekeepers on each shift
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate special guest needs
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Ability to continuously stand for 90% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (limited) and push up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Schedule is Full Time (32 hours/week) with flexibility
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

Helpful Skills & Qualities

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Second language is a plus

Compensation & Tools

$18 per hour (USD). The role also includes access to DailyPay for on-demand pay options.
