Housekeeping

Hotel Sylvia seeks a detail-oriented housekeeper to clean guest rooms and public areas at our on-site Newport, Oregon property.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet Hotel Sylvia standards while ensuring guest comfort.
• Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, sorting, and organizing linens and towels.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with essential supplies and amenities to meet guest expectations.
• Promptly report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management for timely resolution.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage laundry tasks efficiently and reliably.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Salary

USD 16 - 17 per hour
