Housekeeping Attendant

Mills Park Hotel is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Attendant for an onsite role at our award-winning boutique hotel in Yellow Springs, OH. This position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to support a smooth, welcoming guest experience through consistent room and area care.

What you’ll do

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest rooms and areas.
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests throughout each shift.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed every day.
• Respond in a timely manner to guests’ special requests, including miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Maintain awareness of on-hand items by tracking and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report needed maintenance items when they are identified.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and uphold safety and sanitation policies at all times.

• Availability to work 4–5 shifts per week.
• Saturday and Sunday availability.

Schedule and pay

• Schedule: 24–32 hrs/week, with 8 hour shifts.
• Weekend coverage: weekends required in peak season (April through October).
• Pay: From $13.50 per hour (USD 13 per hourly as listed).
• Work location: in person at Mills Park Hotel.

Job type: Part-time.

Experience level: 1 year minimum.
