Laundry Attendant

The Laundry Attendant role oversees laundering operations and related activities for Cliff Castle Casino Hotel's linens, towels, uniforms, and related items at the Camp Verde property.

Responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping team by performing essential laundry duties.
• Wash and manage comforters, micro towels, bed scarves, pool towels, linens, blankets, pillows, and uniforms.
• Maintain inventory of laundry room supplies, including Ecolab detergents, spot cleaners, and chemicals.
• Notify the housekeeping manager or supervisor when stock is low to trigger replenishment orders.
• Keep the laundry area clean and free of debris; monitor the water vent to ensure proper flow and prevent flooding.
• Ensure dryer filters are free from debris and lint buildup.
• Clean restrooms and other assigned areas as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous laundry or housekeeping experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
• Computer literacy.
• Must be 18 years or older and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Adherence to Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service in a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment, with the aim of exceeding guest expectations through attentive, personalized service and prompt responses.
