Lobby Attendant

The Lobby Attendant role at Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center supports a welcoming guest experience by maintaining cleanliness in public spaces and delivering friendly, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean the hotel’s public areas.
• Provide guest service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience throughout the hotel.

Required Qualifications

• Must be outgoing, positive, and friendly.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: USD 13 - 13 per hour.
