Loss Prevention/Security

What you will do

• Patrol and inspect all interior and exterior public areas of the property, including the parking garage
• Maintain security procedures, including lost and found, key control, emergency procedures, and health and safety hazard procedures for employees and guests
• Investigate and complete reports for loss and safety incidents involving guests and/or employees, including theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault, food poisoning, intoxication, and other safety hazards
• Receive deliveries into the hotel and send packages out as needed
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to guest-related incidents, questions, complaints, and requests to support strong guest satisfaction

Schedule and pay

This is a full-time role working 5 days per week from 2p-10p, including weekends. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour.

What you bring

• Ability to tolerate varied warm and busy work conditions
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and push, pull, or transport material weighing up to 150 pounds
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to walk the property multiple times per shift
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
