Maintenance Technician

Sanctity Hotel Rancho Cucamonga (Hilton Tapestry Collection) is focused on delivering exceptional hospitality in a welcoming environment for guests and team members. As a Maintenance Technician onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, you help keep the property safe, comfortable, and fully operational through preventative maintenance, repairs, and responsive service throughout the hotel.

What you’ll do

You report directly to the Department Head and maintain the physical condition, safety, and appearance of the hotel. Your day-to-day work supports a smooth guest experience by ensuring systems and spaces remain in excellent order.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and public areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Complete regular inspections and preventative maintenance to help keep hotel facilities operating properly.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests and service calls.
• Maintain safety standards by identifying potential hazards and confirming equipment operates correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and work orders.
• Assist with property improvement projects, room renovations, and emergency repairs as directed by the Department Head.
• Share maintenance needs and project updates with the Department Head in a timely manner.
• Support the hotel’s commitment to operational excellence and exceptional guest service.

What you bring

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Prior hotel, hospitality, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties throughout the property.
• Reports to: Department Head.

Compensation

USD 21 - 23 per hour
