Night Auditor

Lexen Hotel North Hollywood is hiring a Part Time Night Auditor to support overnight front desk operations onsite in North Hollywood.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Run front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest questions
• Assist guests with hotel information, directions, local recommendations, and special requests
• Communicate professionally with guests in person, by phone, and through hotel booking platforms
• Respond to guest concerns and help resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest requests
• Monitor room availability and keep reservation details accurate
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and lobby area
• Complete shift reports and other front desk documentation
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Perform other front desk and guest-service duties as needed

• Hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is a plus
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work: Weekdays

• Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts as scheduled
• Availability to cover extra shifts when needed
