Reservationist

At Queen Kapiolani Hotel in Honolulu, HI, the Reservationist role is your chance to be the first point of contact for guests, supporting memorable stays from the very first call. You will respond to reservations and deliver prompt, friendly service, while helping guests find the information they need about the hotel and local happenings. What you’ll do

• Provide information to guests about the hotel and local happenings.
• Complete reservations by obtaining all pertinent details needed to book accurately.
• Answer the telephone and greet prospective guests in a friendly manner.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to communicate with guests in a professional and positive way at all times.
