Job Description

PBC Hotel Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Luxury Home Project Manager to steer exclusive, high-end residential builds from concept through completion. This role demands deep experience in luxury residential construction, exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, and a client-focused approach to delivering craftsmanship. The position is onsite in Boynton Beach, Florida, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee every phase of luxury residential construction, from pre-construction planning to final walkthrough.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to sustain quality and keep the project on schedule.
  • Direct procurement of materials and equipment aligned with design specifications and construction plans.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve on-time, within-budget completion.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, safety standards, and permit requirements.
  • Keep clients informed with regular progress updates and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform regular site visits to supervise construction activities and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Lead and support construction teams, motivating staff to meet project objectives.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering luxury residential projects from inception to closeout.
  • Solid understanding of residential building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with clients, teams, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses such as PMP or OSHA are advantageous.
