Residential Luxury Home Project Manager

PBC Hotel Construction Group is hiring a Residential Luxury Home Project Manager in West Palm Beach, FL to oversee exclusive, high-end residential builds from early planning through final walk-through. This role focuses on organized leadership, schedule and budget control, and consistent attention to construction quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage luxury residential construction projects end-to-end, covering pre-construction through final walk-through.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to protect both quality standards and project schedule integrity.
• Lead procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with design and construction plans.
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to support on-time and within-budget completion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Deliver frequent client progress updates and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct routine site visits to oversee active construction work and verify adherence to high-quality standards.
• Supervise and support construction teams, providing direction and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to reduce potential delays or cost overruns.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of residential building systems, methods, and sequencing.
• Excellent organization skills, with strong time-management and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, teams, and external partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications or licenses (such as PMP or OSHA) are a plus.

Compensation

USD 90,000 - 110,000 per year
