Room Attendant

Room Attendant (onsite) at Hotel Carmel in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA helps keep guest rooms and public areas consistently clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms and public spaces to Hotel Carmel cleanliness, comfort, and presentation standards.
• Review guest occupancy and prioritize room assignments with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and refresh rooms to support a strong first-impression experience.
• Replace linens and towels using neatly folded, well-presented fresh items.
• Replenish guest amenities, including drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, and other essential comforts.
• Complete thorough room inspections to confirm every detail is guest-ready, from bed presentation to finishing touches.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, carts, and inventory with care and accountability.
• Communicate maintenance needs promptly to help preserve guest comfort, quality, and the hotel’s character.
• Support the team through punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to help create an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation
