Room Attendant / Housekeeping

Join the opening team at the Park Hotel on the Plaza, a new 123-room hotel in Kansas City, MO. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in clean spaces, and wants steady support through paid training and a team that works together. What you’ll do

• Clean assigned guest rooms by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning windows and tracks
• Strip used linens and towels, then restock linens and guest amenities
• Stock your cart with supplies at the start of each shift
• Mark rooms as clean and ready, and report any maintenance issues right away
• Greet guests in a friendly way and assist with requests such as extra amenities or service times
• Share helpful information with guests about hotel services and local attractions
• Help teammates when needed while following safety procedures

What we’re looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred; we’ll train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, on time, and a team player
• Friendly and guest-focused communication
• Ability to push carts, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend, reach, and stay on your feet for most of a shift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
