Sandbar Bartender

Join The Riverside Hotel in Boise and work at the Sandbar on-site in Garden City, ID. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar areas.
• Expedite drink tickets with speed and accuracy.
• Develop guest rapport in a fun professional environment.
• Promptly serve guests, handle cash, and complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide high quality customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of full bartending experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and be highly flexible in scheduling.
• Positive attitude and an outgoing approach.
• Ability and willingness to handle guest complaints effectively.
• Tips certification required and offered through the hotel.
