Seasonal Public Area Attendant

Seasonal Public Area Attendant (PM) supports a clean, safe guest experience across hotel public spaces at Lakehouse Hotel and Resort in San Marcos, CA.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and employee restrooms and showers
• Clean glass surfaces in designated public and employee areas
• Maintain floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using approved cleaning supplies
• Dust assigned surfaces and keep assigned areas organized
• Empty trash containers and ashtrays in public areas into proper containers
• Report repairs and other maintenance issues directly to Management
• Respond promptly to guest and department requests
• Perform other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by Management
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the department at all times
• Stand and walk throughout the shift for up to eight working hours
• Kneel, push, pull, and lift items throughout the shift
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work as a team player

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
• Ability to carry and lift 25 pounds daily
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of quality and on time
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
• Valid driver license required

Compensation

• USD 19 - 20 per hour
